Payment Terms:
a. Cash Buyers ( Full Payment): Full purchase price is payable upon
execution of the offer letter.
b. Cash buyers (Instalment Payment): A minimum deposit of 20% of the
purchase price is payable on or before execution of the offer letter. The
80% balance is payable on or before the dates stipulated in the offer
letter.
c. Mortgage Buyers: A minimum deposit of 20% of the purchase price is
payable upon execution of the offer letter. The 80% balance is payable on
completion date and upon registration of the lease.
